家庭重聚服務之研究:照顧者觀點

摘要


「家庭重聚服務」是兒少保護工作中,使得家外安置兒少能與家人重新相聚,安置期間進行處遇提升家庭功能、改善家庭關係的處遇模式,目前實務工作研究中,認為服務提供者和使用者最能理解服務現況與雙方關係,因此除了瞭解工作模式和服務提供者角度外,更需聽見接受服務之家庭和兒少的聲音。本研究以立意抽樣篩選五位接受重聚服務的照顧者,瞭解其接受重聚服務的經驗與感受,從研究中發現:對於缺乏資源的家庭,與社工的專業關係作為社會支持非常重要,能使得家庭度過分離的逆境,培育家庭復原力。而照顧者接受重聚服務,主要以親子會面和親職教育輔導為主,對於安置處遇的原因、流程和法規,即使經歷安置過程仍未能清楚理解。依據本研究發現針對重聚服務提供建議: 1.期許社工經常性回顧自身立場,更多理解兒保家庭和照顧者。 2.從專業關係出發,進一步成為家庭的社會支持。 3.更加細緻化所提供之處遇內涵,多元且符合個別性需求,社工個別則應加強提供親職教與輔導的知能與技巧。

"Family reunion service" is a child protection service, making it less possible for families outside the home to reunite with their families. Intervention mode for improving family function and improving family relationship during resettlement. In the current practice research, it is believed that service providers and users can best understand the current situation of the service and the relationship between the two parties. Therefore, in addition to understanding the working mode and the service provider's perspective, it is more necessary to hear the voice of the families receiving the service and the children. This study used a sample to screen five caregivers who received family reunion services. Understand the experience and feelings of five respondents receiving services. The study found that families lacking resources and professional relations with social workers are very important as social support. It can enable families to survive the separation of adversity and foster family resilience. The caregiver accepts reunion services, mainly with parent-child meetings and parenting education. Even after undergoing the placement process, caregivers are still unclear about the reasons, procedures and regulations for resettlement. Advice on Family refocusing services: 1.It is expected that social workers will review their positions on a regular basis and learn more about family and caregivers. 2.Starting from professional relations, further becoming a family's social support. 3.More detailed information is provided in terms of content, diversity and individual needs, and social workers should strengthen their knowledge and skills in providing pro-teaching and counseling.
