UG二次開發應用於汽車鈑金模具設計

摘要


汽車鈑金沖壓模具是生產汽車外觀的主要設備,其設計與製造都會影響到汽車的演進。在激烈的市場競爭中,產品投入市場的時間往往是成敗的關鍵。模具開發包括模具設計、製造、裝配與最後的試模修模,這些過程通常是產品生產主要的花費時間,因此如何在維持品質與控制成本的前提下縮短模具開發的時間是值得研究的課題。 本研究根據汽車鈑金沖壓模具的設計經驗以及規則,利用UG繪圖軟體所提供的二次開發功能,建構模具設計模組,方便模具3D實體模型的繪製,節省大量的建構時間,讓汽車提早上市。模具設計系統中加入參數化設計、模板化設計與標準零件庫的概念,使模具的建構更加彈性,因此適用於不同模具廠的設計規範。

The stamping die of automobile sheet metal is one of the main equipment for automobile production. Its design and manufacturing processes will affect the evolution of the cars. The entering time of the products is often the key of being success in the highly competitive market. And typically, the developments of stamping die, including mold design, manufacturing, assembly, test mode and repair mode are the main parts of production duration. Therefore, how to reduce the developing time of the stamping die is worth studying and be able to reduce the costs and maintain the quality of the automobile sheet metal. The study is based on design experiences and construction rules of stamping die for the automobile sheet metal, use the functionalities of secondary development in UG software to build the mold design, which provides an easy way to draw the 3D solid models and can save a lot of time. Therefore, the production time of products can be shortened and the products put into the market also can be advanced. Furthermore, the mold design system can be applied the design specifications for the different mold plants by adding the concept of parameterized design, template design and standard parts library.
