透過輪型無人載具導入農業資產管理平台可行性分析-以油棕樹產業為例

摘要


務農人口的減少與老齡化在臺灣和其他亞洲國家都是各國多年來所面臨的狀況。各國與臺灣都在推動智慧農業,農委會從106年提出智慧農業政策後有許多成果,多半是聚焦在環境傳感器與控制器的整合服務,而市場上的產品與服務卻未蓬勃發展,讓我們看到了不同的切入智慧農業的發展契機。 農事作業往往是高勞動負擔,而現今市面上的智慧農業服務多半以環境感測器的資訊收集與數據分析提供決策建議,對於務農人員而言短期看不到相關效益也無法有效減輕既有工作負擔。本研究提出透過無人輪型載具降低務農人員的勞動負擔,提供實質每日生活運作的幫助,並導入農業資產管理的方式,讓平日的務農作業能兼顧數據的收集與分析應用。 配合馬來西亞棕櫚產業實際客戶的需求與場域進行實際驗證,期望利用無人輪型載具和整合其他農地感測器,並透過數據長期累積與演算分析,讓灑水、施肥、施藥…等作業,能針對不同土地分區實踐精準農業、降低生產成本、減少資材浪費並有效恢復土地肥力,能對自然環境或整體農業產生良性的循環效益。

The agricultural population in Taiwan and other Asian countries is declining and aging. Governments are launching different kinds of policies to improve the Agri industry. Since the 2017 Taiwan release of the Smart Agri policy, we got many achievements at different angles. In terms of information integration services, most of them are focused on environment sensor device integration but the market doesn't respond to it yet. Most Smart Agri products in Taiwan focus on integrating with IoT sensors and provide suggestions for farmers. Farmers do not get benefits in the short term or relieve their labor efforts. This research offers by implementing Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) to the agricultural asset management to ease farmers and landlord to manage their business and redefined human labor utilizing. We use data to analyze various factors to optimize the workforce and improve farming efficiency. Through computing the long-term data collected from IoT devices (including soil moisture, fertilizer composition and application time of pesticides, etc.), the algorithm supports this research to execute site-specific crop management. It produces a positive life cycle for our environment and agricultural industry to reduce costs and restore soil fertility. We expect this integrated service can improve farming’s cost-effectiveness and support the next generation to develop quality agriculture. Hopefully, this research can become one of the solutions to solve the problem that we meet now.
