溫度與光度對萼柱珊瑚(Stylophora pistillata)光合作用的影響

摘要


本研究利用呼吸儀測量水中溶氧變化以及水下螢光儀(diving pulse amplitude modulate, Diving PAM)測量萼柱珊瑚(Stylophora pistillata)的光合作用,並測量珊瑚各種體內組織參數,包括葉綠素a濃度, 蛋白質濃度, 共生藻密度,用以標準化後,探討在不同溫度(20, 25, 28℃)、水下光度(50, 200, 800 μE m-2s-1)與養殖時間(10, 30, 60, 90天)對此一珊瑚光合作用的影響。 萼柱珊瑚在三種溫度下養殖10天下,各種組織參數、呼吸儀所測的最大總光合作用速率(Pgmax)、光合作用效率(
