本研究欲透過研究1994年到2014年的「人力運用調查資料」,探討歷年臺灣地區薪資分布、教育程度、工作地區分布、工作產業分布、工作企業規模大小以及工作年份長短,並利用Mincer薪資模型探討勞動工作者之個人特徵、產業特性與產業外籍勞工使用程度,對本國勞工薪資影響。 實證結果發現雇用外籍勞工將會導致我國薪資水準降低,並且隨著比例的增加,使我國薪資隨之減少,因此政府應適當管控外籍勞工來台人數,以使其對臺灣薪資水準的負面影響減少。
This study investigates payroll distribution, education level, the work area, the distribution of industry, the size of the company and the length of the working year in Taiwan by making use of "human DGBAS of using survey data ". This study also adopt the Mincer wage equation to test whether the proportion of foreign worker in the industrial labour force, personal trait of worker and characteristic of the industry may influence domestic wage for worker. Empirical result suggests that the employment of foreign workers will lead to a reduction in domestic income level so that the government should control the number of foreign worker to reduce its negative impact.
