摘要

近年來，青少年兒童心理健康問題日益嚴重。如何給予孩子及時的關懷和較專業的初步干預變得十分重要。然而，目前各級學校專業心理輔導的人力不足，一般教師和家長又缺乏心理健康專業知識，青少年兒童也常不願意主動公開求助。基於以上背景，本論文設計並實作了一個詢問式的問答系統。系統採用自動問答和詢問式問答相結合的模式，並串接在台灣用戶使用頻率最高的LINE平台上，希望提供家長和教師即時的線上心理問答服務，成為一項可隨時使用的心理輔導資源。本系統的主要任務如下：1、通過檢索模塊，快速鎖定和用戶問題相似的候選問題集，縮短問題匹配時間和問答反應時間。檢索模塊包括四個部分：採用jieba分詞工具之搜索引擎模式搭配心理健康領域詞典的方法分詞、停用詞過濾、近義詞召回和建立倒排表；2、使用BERT模型對問句進行句向量編碼；3、使用餘弦相似度計算候選問題集和用戶問題間的相似性；4、加入詢問式學習機制：當系統無法確定用戶問題的答案時，回傳相似度前三的候選問題列表供用戶點選，進行問題的二次召回；當系統無法解答用戶問題時，向其他用戶詢問並征集答案，通過滿意度統計方法篩選出最佳答案，經專家評估認可後，更新到系統問答庫中，實現問答庫的自動擴充和優化。

In recent years, the mental health problems of adolescents and children have become increasingly serious. How to give children care and initial intervention becomes important. However, the manpower of professional psychological counseling in schools is insufficient, teachers and parents lack professional knowledge of mental health, and children are often reluctant to seek public help. Based on the above background, this paper designs and implements a LINE Bot based on an query-based question answering system. The system adopts the mode of combining automatic Q\ A and query-based Q\ A, and is connected to the LINE platform, which is the most frequently used platform by Taiwanese users. It hopes to provide parents and teachers with real-time online psychological Q\ A services and become a psychological counseling resource that can be used at any time.
