慣質網路於銑床工具機減振之應用

摘要


本論文討論慣質於銑床工具機減振之應用。首先,我們由槌擊試驗得到銑床工具機的頻域響應函數,並以一個四階系統代表其減振模型。其次,我們加裝各種不同彈簧、阻尼以及慣質元件,討論單一元件對工具機減振的影響,並量測切削實驗時的加速度、聲音強度、及表面粗度進行驗證。最後,則設計四種由彈簧、阻尼以及慣質元件所組成的機械網路減振器,進行最佳化參數設計,並且實驗驗證此最佳化的方法確實可以如預期地降低切削時的加速度和聲壓訊號。

This thesis investigates the vibration suppression of milling machines by suspensions that employ the inerter. First, we obtain the frequency responses of a milling machine, and madel it as a fourth-order suspension system. Second, we apply springs, dampers, and inerters to discuss their individual effects in repressing system vibration. We also measure the cutting acceleration, air pressure, and surface roughness for verification. Third, we design four mechanical networks which are composed of springs, dampers and inerters for optimizing parameters. Last, we set up experiments, and show that the optimization can predict the cutting vibration.
