本研究針對通訊晶片系統中之關鍵技術-混頻器,提出一套完整的專利技術分析及專利布局策略,以使台灣之晶片設計廠在未來進行混頻器元件設計時,除能對相關的專利權資訊有充分的了解外,也能以合適的布局模式進行相關專利之布局。本研究之專利分析方式,不同於過往研究所偏重之專利數量比較,而將重點聚焦於技術上的探討,並將所得的分析結果作為專利布局策略擬定的依據。從研究結果可以發現,台灣雖非混頻器之技術主要領導者,但企業間若能積極建立夥伴關係,並以多個包繞式專利形成的緊密專利網路堵住競爭者迴避設計的空間,則在如聯發科等國際化晶片設計廠的引領下,仍有與國際大廠相抗衡的機會。
In the thesis, a complete patent analysis and technological deployment strategy for those who work on mixer design is proposed. Since the value of a patent is highly related to its technical improvement, what is mostly concerned is in technology itself, instead of the comparison of patent quantities which is often adopted in previous researches. According to results of this study, although Taiwan is not the leader of mixer design, the enterprises in Taiwan still have a chance to compete with other international enterprises if with a good patent arrangement.
