電動汽車未來發展策略研究—以某公司為例

摘要


隨著地球的環境與氣候劇烈變遷,政府與民眾對環保及永續發展的議題逐漸重視,因此節能減碳已經成為全球致力於落實的目標,藉此減少溫室氣體排放量及降低能源消耗,希望減少對地球的氣候與環境所造成的衝擊。自2015年12月召開巴黎協議過後,各國政府共同承諾減少碳排放量以減緩全球暖化的趨勢,其中淨零碳排更是全體成員的目標。 為了達成淨零碳排,各國政府訂定了禁售燃油汽車的期限,在期間內將市售汽車全部電動化、禁止販售燃油汽車,顯示電動汽車成為未來移動的趨勢。然而過去由於工業引擎的技術門檻相對高,傳統汽車品牌高築進入障礙,外界難以參與汽車市場,但在運具電動化的潮流下,讓許多企業找到新的切入點進軍電動車產業,而在該產業中某龍頭企業又以先進的技術與科技打造智慧電動車,因此其他擁有相關技術的科技巨擘是否也能在該產業中立足?因此,本研究以某個案科技公司作為研究對象,探討其如何發展可行的策略進入電動汽車產業?並且分析其為顧客帶來的價值以及整體電動汽車生態系的價值創造循環流程。 本研究從電動汽車產業著手進行分析,接著對該個案科技公司進行探討研究,進而提出合適的電動汽車發展策略,為該個案科技公司提供重要的參考依據,幫助其制定最佳的策略。本研究接著使用循環式創新理論提出其產品為顧客創造的價值,最後以價值創造循環理論分析其整體電動汽車生態系的正向價值創造循環過程。

As the Earth's environment and climate change dramatically, governments and people are increasingly concerned about environmental protection and sustainable development, so energy conservation and carbon reduction have become global goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption, in the hope of reducing the impact on the Earth's climate and environment. Since the Paris Agreement in December 2015, governments have pledged to reduce carbon emissions in order to slow the trend of global warming, with net zero emissions being the goal of all members. In order to achieve net zero emissions, governments have set deadlines for banning the sale of gasoline car, indicating that electric vehicles are the future trend of mobility. However, due to the relatively high technology barrier for engines in the past, few companies can enter the industry. But in the trend of electric vehicles, Can other technology giants also gain a foothold in the industry? Therefore, this study uses a case study of a technology company to analyze how it has developed a viable strategy to enter the electric vehicle industry. The study also analyzes the value it brings to its customers and the overall value creation cycle of the EV ecosystem. This study analyzes the electric vehicle industry and then analyzes the case technology company to propose an appropriate electric vehicle development strategy that will provide an important reference for the case technology company and help it develop the best strategy. The study then proceeds to present the value created by its products for its customers using VPS model, and finally analyzes the positive value creation cycle of its overall electric vehicle ecosystem using Value Creation Cycle Theory.
