虛擬實境(VR)華語電影與台灣消費者體驗之探討

摘要


「虛擬實境(VR)」應用潛力是科技界熱門的新興議題,其沈浸感體驗及互動 性,非常適合應用電影產業。電影創作者因普遍缺乏 VR 科技知識及拍攝經驗、 所延伸的題材選定、電影製作、發行映演,消費者反饋,所造成電影項目籌資困 難一連串連鎖反應。有鑑於此,本研究以「金馬電影學院 5x1VR電影」展演切 入,探討虛擬實境(VR)華語電影與台灣消費者體驗關聯,將消費者意見如實反 饋,以減少內容創作者的試錯成本。以離今最近的 3D 立體電影發展時程,類比 VR 電影現所處產品生命週期中階段、適切評估 VR 華語電影產製流程 Ecosystem 健全度,導以以商業模式及價值主張,分析 VR 華語電影產業鏈製程優劣、企圖 為 VR 華語電影產製斷鏈連接。在產製斷鏈連接的過程,亦同步提醒創作者需順 應時態變化創新,快速找尋 VR 華語電影創新利基、加速 VR 華語電影創新流 程、做好創新之下的風險管理,讓產業循環更為流暢及促進 VR 電影的普及率。

The applications of "Virtual Reality (VR)" is a hot issue in the technology field. The characteristics of immersive experience and interactivity are very suitable for the film creation. But it is hard for VR filmmakers to conduct fundraising activities due to lacking in VR filmmaking experience. The goal of this thesis is then to help them make a competitive film and ensure the risk is under controlled. First of all, the study figures out the development history of 3D stereoscopic films to estimate the product life cycle of VR application period. Second, to evaluate the ecosystem of VR Chinese Film industry chain. Third, to analyze the VR Chinese Film industry chain based on Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas. And then, to connect the chain scission of Chinese film industry. Besides, help the filmmakers to find the niche point of VR Chinese film innovation, and to accelerate growth and innovation by the customer experience in Taiwan for Chinese VR Films. Finally, tell them how to do risk management under innovation. In order to make the VR industrial cycle smoother and promote the penetration rate of VR movies.
