電腦DIY商業模式—以曜越科技為例
Business Model of Computer DIY Thermaltake Technology Co,.Ltd Case Study
摘要
本研究以曜越科技公司為研究對象，雖然曜越科技處在電腦產業高度競爭環境中經營，但仍可運用自身優勢突破目前大環境的劣勢及所遇到的難題，並在十八年時間於台灣及海外分別於美國、德國、澳洲、中國設立子公司及俄羅斯辦事處，全球員工人數達400人的規模，2016年合併營收為NTD 3,087,318,000元，綜合上述個案資料與研究分析個案公司內部優劣勢與外部機會與威脅後，可以歸納出三個關鍵因素讓個案企業能在競爭激烈的電腦產業環境中得以持續發展其經營模式 (一)明確的經營方針 (二)重要產銷策略 (三)穩健的公司發展策略，再者維持創新更是曜越在競爭激烈全球市場生存的重要條件，曜越的文化實踐在每一位同仁每天的工作意識和行動中，企業文化的中心是企業精神，促使全體同仁可以團結一致發揮我們的核心競爭力，貫徹公司的經營策略， 此外本研究也提出下列結論，做為曜越科技與其他電腦產業所面對大環境衝擊與同業競爭下，未來可以持續發展的策略 (一) 新市場的開發與拓展 (二) 市場未來之供需狀況與成長性 (三) 發展遠景之有利、不利因素與因應對策

This case study is focus on Thermaltake Technology , Although Thermaltake in Computer industry have lots competetiion ,We still have some good advantage to surviver in this industry .And during 18 years , start from Taiwan , then have USA , Australia, Germany , China branch office and the represent office in Russia . The global employee approach 400 people now , and consolidate sales revenue in 2016 $ NTD 3,087,318,000. Afetr S.W.O.T analysis this case we got below conclusion: 1. Clear and definite operate policy 2. Purchase and sales strategy 3. Stable Company development strategy And the innovation is necessary core in Thermaltake that can surviver in this hard competition industry , the culture exist in all employee during working period .The center of corporate culture is the spirit of enterprise, prompting all my colleagues can unite to play our core competitiveness, implement the company's business strategy, in addition to this study also proposed The following conclusions, as the technology and other computer industry in the face of environmental impact and competition with the industry, the future sustainable development strategy (A) the development and expansion of new markets (B) the market supply and demand in the future and growth C) Prospects and unfavorable factors of development and countermeasures
