LLC Resonant LED Driver Design

摘要


LLC諧振式電源供應器,以其高效率、低雜訊之優點,被視為未來電源的候選架構之一,然而其設計原理卻較為複雜且難以實現。本論文主要是探討LLC諧振式電源供應器的運作與設計,以及在供應LED負載時應用之考量。其中深入探討LLC之各重要元件參數之影響,並且提出系統化的設計與整合型變壓器繞製步驟。最後實作一可作定電壓、定電流控制之100 kHz、20W LLC諧振式LED驅動電路作為實驗,並且實現高效率之電能轉換。

LLC resonant converter is regarded as a promising future power conversion topology because of its outstanding characteristics such as high efficiency and low EMI noise. However, the designing procedure is complicated and the manufacturing is challenging. In this thesis, the operation of LLC resonant converter is investigated and a designing process of it using LED as output loading is proposed. In addition, the effect of the variation of each main component in this converter is thoroughly analyzed, and the selections of them are discussed, too. The designing method and the manufacturing process of integrated transformer are also proposed. A constant voltage and constant current control 100 kHz and 20W LLC resonant LED driver is designed and realized to verify the proposed method.
