由多層微波電路佈局圖中生成電路圖之修正電感問題與立體電路圖的多人互動顯示環境

摘要


本篇論文針對微波被動多層電路設計佈局驗證工具中萃取電感元件的部分進行一系列研究以及提出修正方法。配合以往的萃取方式再加入本論文的方法,從佈局圖的分割修正到電感的串聯連接,輸出的網表可得到進一步的改善,利於後續比對工作。除此之外,也在先前研究所開發的圖形化介面中加入多人互動模式,並且提升整體三維顯示畫面的簡潔性與便利性。透過使用這套工具,微波電路設計者可以快速發現佈局圖與原先設計不同之處並且從多人互動模式中進行討論得到錯誤修正的方向。

This thesis provides correction method to the inductance extraction from microwave multilayer passive circuits. With the existence of the layout to schematic extraction and the method of this thesis, this thesis checks the segmentation correction of the layout and the inductance of the series connection. Therefore, netlist can be further improved, which will facilitate the subsequent comparison work. In addition, we add multiplayer interactive display environment to the graphical interface developed by our group, and improve the clearness and conciseness of the overall 3D display screen. By using this tool, microwave circuit designers can quickly discover where the schematic from layout is different from the expected schematic from designers and discuss it from the multiplayer interaction interactive display environment to correct errors.
