本研究旨在製備多孔性之聚乳酸(PLLA)與聚乙二醇(PEG)摻合物薄膜,並瞭解改變聚乙二醇之分子量對於薄膜結構與性質之影響。製膜的方法是採用濕式法(wet casting method),所使用的三成分系統為:聚乳酸/聚乙二醇-1,4二氧陸圜-正庚烷。藉由實驗相圖的製備,可以得到變化聚乙二醇分子量間液-液及固-液相分離的成分位置變化;而利用SEM則可以觀察薄膜在各個不同情況下的結構,最後再利用DSC來得知薄膜結晶情況的變化,且瞭解各個實驗之間的關連並藉以瞭解聚乙二醇分子量在摻合物薄膜結構與性質上扮演的角色。
The effect of PEG molecular weight on the structure of porous membranes of PLLA/Peg blend was studied. The porous membranes were prepared by wet casting method. In this work, the solvent was 1,4-dioxane and the non-solvent was n-Heptane. Via the phase diagram, it was realized how liquid-liquid de-mixing and solid-liquid de-mixing varied with the molecular weight of PEG. The structure of porous membranes prepared with different condition can be observed clearly by SEM. Also, the crystallinity of membranes with dipping time can be studied utilizing DSC. Through the above work, it was found how PEG molecular weight affected the structures of PLLA/PEG porous membranes.
