This purpose of this study is to investigate whether there will be a positive correlation between life adaptation and competitive advantage of overseas Chinese students with the degree of their tendency to work in Taiwan after graduation.To achieve the above-mentioned research purposes, this study used quantitative data from the OCAC questionnaire survey, and 1,012 effective questionnaires were collected. With regard to the data analysis, reliability、descriptive statistics and ordinal regression analysis were used. According to the findings of the study, conclusions are synthesized as follows: 1、Life adaptation of overseas Chinese students have positive influences on their tendency to work in Taiwan; 2、Professional advantage of overseas Chinese students have positive influences on their tendency to work in Taiwan; 3、Age and host country are the key factors for Overseas Chinese Students whether to work in Taiwan or not. Based on the research findings, several suggestions are offered for the government departments.
