組織公民行為與社會資本之關聯研究

The Relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Social Capital

摘要


「組織公民行為」這個概念自1983年提出以來成為企業組織關心的議題之一,然而多數國內外學者僅將此概念用於依變項,主要探討組織公民行為的前置因素。本論文遵循Bolino、Turnley與Bloodgood(2002)的架構,探討組織公民行為作為工具變數的效果。 研究結果發現,組織公民行為與社會資本均對自我效能和幸福感有預測效果,然組織公民行為透過社會資本中介的效果有限,本論文證實社會資本透過組織公民行為中介影響自我效能和幸福感。

“Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)” was first created in 1983 and has been one of important issues in business organizations. However, most studies served OCB as dependent variable and discussed the predictors of OCB. Followed by Bolino, Turnley, and Bloodgood (2002), this study viewed OCB as instrumental variable and discussed its effects. We found that both OCB and Social Capital can predict self-efficacy and happiness. However, OCB’s effects through Social Capital are limited. We substantiated that the effects of Social Capital on self-efficacy and happiness are mediated by OCB.
