P2P借貸平台是基於共享經濟、平台策略、金融去中間化而生的ㄧ種新興商業模式。因此,P2P借貸平台有著與生俱來的優勢與劣勢;P2P借貸在營運上,與傳統銀行有所不同,如存款者的身份轉換、中介者所扮演的角色,貸款者參與的理由。 本文介紹了P2P借貸的營運模式及特色,並整理P2P借貸在未來所會遇到的風險;對於P2P借貸業者與傳統銀行間的關係,分析雙方應合作或競爭;最後針對P2P借貸所會遇到的風險,與P2P借貸在台灣所會遇到的管制問題,做了結合的論述。未來研究建議則為:風險分配理論於P2P借貸的應用、傳統產業與新創產業的競爭追蹤、以及各種P2P金融管制措施做ㄧ綜合性的比較。
Peer to Peer lending platform is a new business model stemming from the idea of sharing economy, platform strategy and disintermediation of finance. This brings P2P lending platform with unique strengths and weaknesses. P2P lending is different from traditional banks operationally, such as the transformation of depositors, role-play of intermediation, even the status of the borrowers. This thesis summarizes the future development of P2P lending platform and the risks they would face in the near term. This Thesis also analyzes the relationships between the P2P lending platform and traditional banks, and concluded that there could be competition or cooperation between them. This Thesis in addition, discusses the risks P2P lending would face under the Taiwanese legal environment perspective. For future further research, this thesis suggests that it needs to study the application of risk sharing theorem on P2P lending, the competition between incumbent and innovation firms. It also suggests a comprehensive study on regulations of different P2P finance business.
