以環三聚藜烴和長碳鏈為基礎之分子容器的合成與研究

The Syntheses and Studies of Molecular Containers Based on Cyclotriveratrylene and Long Alkyl Chains

摘要


合成以環三聚藜烴 (cyclotriveratrylene, CTV) 和長碳鏈為基礎的籠狀分子容器。探討 CTV 為主要官能基之分子容器和客體分子鍵結之情形。並進一步比較由長碳鏈取代寡乙二醇 (oligo ethylene glycol) 結構所造成的籠狀分子構型之變化,以及分子容器與客體分子鍵結之選擇性的改變。由實驗結果得知,以長碳鏈取代寡乙二醇大幅降低了籠狀分子與客體分子鍵結的能力。因此,客體分子與 寡乙二醇間的作用或許在其與分子籠的鍵結間扮演重要角色。當然,以長碳鏈取代寡乙二醇造成分子籠構型上的改變或許亦有影響。

Molecular Containers composed by two cyclotriveratrylene (CTV) and six long alkyl chains were synthesized. The recognition properties of these two containers seem to be quite different to the one, in which the two CTV units were linked by oligo-ethylene glycol chains. The complexation experiments suggested that the ethylene glycol chains are important recognition units for molecular container to recognize the guested tested.
