自從人工光源被發明以來,人類除了可以在白天工作以外,晚上也可以藉由這些光源繼續做事情,改善了我們的生活型態,然而,隨者科技的進步,大家對於光源的品質要求也越來越高,例如高演色性、高效率或是高色溫均勻性的光源逐漸出現在特定場合中。 目前常見之白光LED是以藍光光源去激發黃色螢光粉而成的,但是這種形式之白光LED會因為藍光LED晶片發光的分佈、膠體的幾何結構等因素,造成白光LED會有角度色偏的問題,當人們長時間在這種色溫的不均勻性光源下工作時,眼睛會更容易疲勞與受到傷害,因此,本論文首先會針對螢光粉式的白光LED做一些結果討論,並且藉由添加散射粒子,去改善螢光粉式白光LED色溫不均勻性的問題。
People can do anything not only in daytime but also at night since the invention of artificial light and it changes our life deeply. However, with the development of technology, people require the high quality of light source increasingly, such as high CRI, high efficiency or high CCT uniformity light source. The most common white LED is phosphor converted. It uses blue LED chip to excite yellow phosphors to create white light. But this type of white LED has poor angular CCT uniformity because of the structure of colloid or the light distribution of blue LED chip. It makes our eyes strain and gets hurt more easily when we work long time in this type of white LED. Therefore, this thesis will focus on the discussion of phosphor converted white LED at first. Then, we will try to reduce the poor angular uniformity by adding scattering particles into the colloid.
