本研究針對房地產廣告創意從業人員的工作滿足感及離職傾向之進行探討。基於文獻整理,研究者推論性格特質(外向性、親和性、對經驗開放度)、主管威權領導、工作收入為創意從業人員工作滿足感的預測因素,並推論性格特質(外向性、親和性、對經驗開放度)、主管威權領導、工作收入、工作滿足感為創意從業人員離職傾向的預測因素。研究者針對房地產廣告創意從業人員進行問卷調查,獲得115份有效問卷。研究結果顯示,工作收入對受訪者的工作滿足感有正向預測力,其他所提假說均不成立。另外,所有關於離職傾向之假說均不成立,而且,工作收入、工作滿足感對受訪者的離職傾向具有正向預測力,而非預期的負向預測力。換言之,工作收入愈高、高工作滿足感的創意從業人員具有愈高的離職傾向。文末,研究者提出研究結果的實務建議。
This study aims to examine job satisfaction and turnover intention of creative workers in the real estate industry. Drawing upon literature review, we derived personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, openness to experience), authoritarian leadership, job income as predictors of job satisfaction of creative workers. Further, we derived personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, openness to experience), authoritarian leadership, job income, and job satisfaction as predictors of turnover intention of creative workers. We surveyed creative workers of real estate industry and obtained 115 valid responses. Results showed that job income positively predicted respondents’ job satisfaction of respondents, while other proposed hypotheses were not supported. Also, all hypotheses predicting turnover intention were not supported. Moreover, contrary to the predictions, job income (and job satisfaction) positively predicted respondents’ turnover intention. That is, the higher respondents’ job income (and their job satisfaction), the higher their intention to leave the company. At the end, the researcher proposed practical suggestions based on study findings.
