智慧型手機行車安全系統之研究

摘要


本研究以用智慧型手機的定位系統及加速度量測系統為基礎開發程式,提供行車安全協助,當意外發生時自動進行報案,立即連絡家人及保險公司協助處理,提供後續處理車禍的資訊。本研究所開發的程式首先架設個人資訊資料庫,以此資料提供車禍報案資訊;然後建置車禍事故偵測系統,利用手機上的感測器偵測是否有交通事故發生;並建立自動報案系統,在緊急狀況發生時,替無法為自己報案的民眾即時報案;最後建置事故處理輔助工具,提供車禍發生時所需要的道路救援資訊、車禍處理資訊。

The program of the road safety system was developed based on the Global Position System and acceleration device of a smartphone. The program could offer the road safety. The program can report a case to the authorities automatically when a road accident happened. The program also will call the family of the owner and call the agent of the insurance company immediately to take care the car accident. The program also provides the necessary information of the standard operation procedure for a car accident. The information database of the owner was setup first in this road safety system to provide the information for reporting to the authorities. Then the corresponding sensors of the smartphone are activated to detect the conditions of car accident. And the automatic reporting system is started instead of the disabled owner when injured in the car accident. The final subsystem of the road safety system is the information provided system for car rescued and SOP of the car accident.
