摘要: 我們已經提出具有TTF (tetrathiafuvalene) 側臂的分子夾與以缺電子苯環系統為架構的大環分子兩者之間發生的錯合行為。此大環-分子夾之錯合體建構一運用溫度、酸鹼、金屬離子、氧化還原等方式的四向控制的分子開關。 為了延伸此分子夾系統的應用性,我們在分子夾底部的苯環對位導入合適的取代基,並利用此官能基與金屬表面結合的特性,將分子夾排列於金奈米粒子表面上。如此一來,分子夾與其相對客體的結合與解離行為將可在固態表面上表達,進而建立起巨觀的奈米粒子聚集或固體表面超分子的「藩籬」。

Abstract : We have reported the synthesis of a molecular clip with TTF (tetrathiafuvalene) as the sidewalls and its binding behavior towards a macrocycle in which an electron-deficient pyridinium unit was present. This macrocycle/molecular-clip complex functions as a quadruply controllable molecular switch for the addition and removal of heat, metal ions, protons, electrons. To extend the application of this molecular clip system, we plan to synthesize new molecular clips that present suitable functionalities as their “feet”. We believe that these functional groups can be used to anchor the molecular clips onto the surfaces of gold nanoparticles. Therefore, the behavior of supramolecular complexes can be carried out at the surfaces of solid states.
