以醯胺鍵合成內鎖[c3]與[c4]雛菊鏈之研究

摘要


利用單體分子本身結構的剛性與配位金屬的方向性,我們可以在溶液中進行 [c3]與[c4]雛菊鏈的選擇性自組裝。有別於以往利用苯胺與異氰酸酯的內鎖反應,本研究希望以苯胺與醯胺化反應來合成內鎖的高階雛菊鏈,以利未來合成出複雜度更高的結構。

In this research, molecular daisy chains were synthesized using structure rigidity, coordination geometries and bond rotational barriers to selectively form [c3] or [c4]daisy chains. Differ from the previous work, these daisy chains were synthesized through amide formation by introducing an aldehyde- or amine-group on the stopper. This approach opens a new perspective for the synthesis of even more complicated structures.
