適用於返馳式轉換器之一次側偵測輸出電壓技術

摘要


本篇論文針對適用於返馳式轉換器的一次側偵測輸出電壓技術做分析與設計。傳統上,返馳式轉換器使用誤差放大器與光耦合器等額外元件來實現二次側電壓回授,但由於轉換器的輸出電壓資訊同時也會反映於輔助繞阻上,因此我們得以藉由觀察輔助繞組間接獲得所需之電壓資訊,取代二次側回授。採取一次側偵測技術能夠大幅降低返馳式轉換器之成本及待機功率。然而,如何精確地擷取輔助繞組上的電壓是一大挑戰。本文提出了一種方法,利用不同情況下電壓波型斜率明顯不同的特性,來判斷適當的取樣時機,進而對輸出電壓做取樣。模擬結果顯示,此電路能夠達到足夠高的準確度,最後,經由實作出晶片實驗驗證電路功能符合需求。

This thesis presents the design and realization of a proposed primary-side sensing ( PSS ) technique for the flyback converter. Since the output voltage of the converter could be extracted indirectly from the auxiliary winding voltage of the flyback transformer, the conventional voltage feedback path which composed of extra IC components, such as error amplifier and photo-coupler, can be removed. The advantages of flyback systems adopting PSS technique include cost and standby-power reduction. However, it is very difficult to precisely obtain the output voltage through the auxiliary winding. This thesis proposes an approach to sample the output voltage by distinguishing the voltage slope just before and after the adequate sampling timing. Simulation shows that a good accuracy could be achieved and experiments were performed to verify the circuit.
