台灣的染料助劑規模不大,但是對台灣的紡織業影響卻非常大,紡織業過去幾年面臨西進大陸與南向東南亞,導致產業空洞化,根留台灣的企業及外移的企業均遭遇轉型的挑戰,而染料助劑業肩負者幫他們轉型的關鍵能力,如何策略思維及布局,讓紡織業的上、中、下游整合,資源共享,也發揮染料助劑在機能性紡織品研發的優勢,創造出台灣更多的隱形冠軍。 本研究希望能解決個案公司的問題及得到目的有以下幾點: 一、個案公司關鍵成功因素的探討及分析,並瞭解及掌握台灣染料助劑業發展現況、國際化情況及面臨的瓶頸與挑戰。 二、藉由文獻探討,從專家學者的相關理論架構分析中,進一步思考及評估,提出適合台灣染料業發展的策略思維,並運用在策略佈局上。 三、從個案公司的策略思維去分析中國及世界染料企業的發展策略,由於個案公司的創辦人就是論文的研究生本人,因此更瞭解個案公司的發展現狀,從發展動機、策略的思維、區域的選擇、市場品牌的發展、關鍵合夥人的選擇及動態競爭的議題思維等,分析並歸納出問題與瓶頸,同時比較兩家國際知名的染料企業的發展策略、發展模式與經驗進行分析及探索,深入了解此兩家公司成功的關鍵因素及缺點,作為未來個案公司面臨國際化成長挑戰時的策略建議及可以有截長補短的做法。 四、藉著個案公司從台灣出發,西進中國,南向東南亞的成長過程,來說明其發展的艱辛歷程,經由各種架構的分析,去深入瞭解個案公司關鍵成功因素,並也提供針對缺失的建議。個案公司是屬於傳統產業也是相對小的行業,只是希望把公司成長策略及經營管理經驗分享給台灣同業業者參考,讓台灣紡織產業更加發光發熱,行銷全球,創造下一個明星產業。
The industrial scale of the dyestuff auxiliary is not big in Taiwan, still it has great impact on the Taiwanese textile industry. Many textile companies moved to China and Southeast Asia in the past few years. Due to the industrial hollowing-out, companies in Taiwan and those moving out are challenged by transformation while dyestuff auxiliary industry is the key to their rebirth. The research hopes to find the way of vertical integration in textile, role of dyestuff auxiliary in the functional textile development, and look forward to creating more hidden champions in Taiwan. The purpose of this research is to solve the case-study company’s problems and conclude the following points: 1.To analyze the key factors of the success of the case-study company and to clarify, handle the current situation of the dyestuff auxiliary industry in Taiwan.Its globalization and challenges are included. 2.To propose a suitable developing strategy based on professionals’ theory and framework, then think about the application to the real strategic layout. 3.AnalyzeChina and world’s dyestuff business developing strategy from case-study company’s view. Since the researcher is the founder of the case-study company, in the criteria of current development, motivation, strategic thinking, region choosing, branding, the researcher has the first-hand experience. Also, by comparing two international company’s strategy, developing model, the researcher hopes to find the key success factor and its defect for the case-study company to make a reference in the process of globalization. 4.State the development of the case-study company with its developing history throughTaiwan, China, and Southeast Asia. To deeply understand the key success factor of the company with analysis from different aspects and provide some suggestions to its defect. The case-study company is a relative traditional, small business, by this research, the researcher hopes to share the company’s growing strategy and managing experience to the industry, hoping that textile in Taiwan will be stronger and more globalized.
