反射式光學系統之設計與應用:自動對焦系統與汽車抬頭顯示器系統

摘要


對市面上許多電子產品來說,縮小產品體積是目前發展的趨勢,而許多電子產品中都包含光學系統。因此,如何減小其中光學系統所占的體積是相當重要的一個環節。反射式光學除了具有低色散的特性之外,還可以透過折光的方式來改變光軸的方向,在空間應用上具有相當大的彈性,非常適合應用來降低影像系統的體積。 在本論文中,主要可分為兩大主題,這兩個主題皆是結合反射式與折射式光學的影像系統。第一個主題是如何利用微機電系統技術所製造的可形變面鏡設計與實現一個封裝後僅6.7毫米厚的自動對焦影像系統;第二個主題是如何使用單一訊號源設計一個同時具有抬頭顯示器功能與儀表板功能的汽車抬頭顯示器系統。

It is a current trend to downscale in lots of commercial product, optical systems are no exception. Reflective optics is a technology not only can make the space application become more efficient and flexible, but also has the advantage that it induces low chromatic aberrations. In this thesis, two image systems combining reflective and refractive optics are studied. The first system is a compact auto-focus image system with MEMS deformable mirror that can cover a 2M pixel image sensor with pixel size 2.2μm × 2.2μm. It is only 5.4mm in thickness before package and 6.7mm in thickness after package. The second system is a compact head-up display (HUD) for automobile features both functions of head-up display (HUD) system and instrument panel with only one source.
