三自由度混合動力裝置之分析與理念設計

Analysis and Conceptual Design of Three Degree-of-Freedom Hybrid Power Split Devices

摘要


本研究針對具有三自由度的行星齒輪機構,探討其運動及動力分配與傳遞性質,並藉由動力元件的配置,討論將三自由度行星齒輪機構應用在車輛之油電混合動力裝置之可行性及效益。本研究首先搜尋前人所建立之整合式行星齒輪圖集,接著將利用搜尋到的兩自由度圖畫,合成含分割點之三自由度圖集,分析其可用性,整理出合用的三自由度行星齒輪圖集及其運動與動力模型。再就動力元件與輸出端的配置對於操作模式的影響進行討論,針對之前所合成的機構,分析各種配置可以達成的模式及其動力傳遞的情況。最後應用所發展之理論,建立混合動力車之理念設計流程,選擇所建之圖集中的圖畫做為混動機構,且利用配置分析的結果,提出混合動力裝置之概念設計範例。研究中得到具分割點之三自由度行星齒輪之運動與扭力特性,以及應用在混合動力裝置中之優勢,並藉由範例驗證實際應用之可能性。

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects and possibilities of using three d.o.f.(degree of freedom) planetary gear mechanisms as hybrid power-split device in petro-electric vehicles. Firstly, the graph atlases of two and three d.o.f. non-fractionated planetary gear mechanisms are collected, and using these graphs, fractionated three d.o.f. planetary gear mechanisms are enumerated, and kinematic and static torque formulations of the feasible graphs are constructed. Then, in the power flow analysis, the influence of the power device configuration on the operation modes are discussed. Finally, a conceptual design procedure, including the search for gear pair ratios, is developed, and two examples of using three d.o.f. planetary gear mechanisms for the hybrid motorcycle design are presented.
