可撓式柱狀透鏡用於立體印刷影像之研究

摘要


本研究使用具可撓性的PDMS材料利用壓印製程製作微柱狀透鏡陣列,並且將經過影像處理的圖像與柱狀透鏡結合,藉由柱狀透鏡具有分光的光學特性,使得左右眼分別看不同的影像而達到3D立體的效果。針對不同的影像參數,經實驗結果得知拍攝的影像數愈多,在不同角度觀看立體影像會有較平滑的效果,即表示殘影的現象較少;並且隨著拍攝的光角愈大,立體效果愈好。針對不同參數的柱狀透鏡,經由實驗量測結果,柱狀透鏡的線距(Pitch)愈小,3D立體影像的解析度愈高;並且隨著柱狀透鏡的曲率半徑增大,在Stereoscopic angle較小時即可以觀看到在相同光角下最深的立體厚度,表示立體深度空間感的效果愈明顯,並將此現象定義為本研究判斷3D立體效果好壞的方法。接著利用PDMS具有可撓的特性,將柱狀透鏡放置於不同半徑的曲面上,經實驗結果得知隨著曲面半徑的減小,透鏡的曲率半徑與線距隨之增加,導致立體影像產生嚴重的扭曲現象。本研究藉由影像與透鏡的修正改善立體影像的品質並且達到良好的3D立體效果。最後將平面式與曲面式的立體影像以Stereoscopic angle大小判斷立體效果好壞的指標進行比較;經實驗結果,曲面式立體影像Stereoscopic angle較小,亦表示曲面式立體影像的3D立體效果較佳。

In this study, using the flexible material of PDMS to fabricate the lenticular lens with imprinting process, and combining the lenticular lens and interlaced images to make our both eyes see the different images separately by means of the optical properties of lenticular lens which produces the three dimensional stereoscopic images. The experimental results in aspect of different parameters of images demonstrated that the more number of images of taking photos, seeing the stereoscopic images in different angle is more smoother; and with increase of the optical angle, the stereoscopic effect is more better. In the aspect of different lenticular lens, the results showed that the smaller pitch of the lenticular lens, the higher resolution of stereoscopic images; and when the curvature radius of the lenticular lens increases, it can be seen the deepest stereoscopic thickness in the same optical angle in smaller Stereoscopic angle, which indicates that the stereoscopic depth sensing is more obvious. And it is a method defined to determine the quality of the effect of the stereoscopic images. Finally, the lenticular lens were placed on the different radius of curved surface using the flexible property of PDMS, and the experimental results showed that with the decrease of the radius of curved surface, the curvature radius and pitch of the lenticular lens will increase, causing the stereoscopic images to produce obvious phenomenon of distortion. However, by modification of images and lenticular lens , it can be showed the better image quality and stereoscopic effect on the curved surface. And comparing to the flat and the curved stereoscopic images using the index of Stereoscopic angle to determine the quality of stereoscopic effect, the results showed that the Stereoscopic angle of the curved stereoscopic images are smaller than flat ones; namely, the stereoscopic effect of curved stereoscopic images are more obvious.
