奈米複合材料之控制與製程之研究

摘要


本研究對液晶環氧樹脂BP和交聯劑Diaminodiphenylsulfone (DDS) 所合成的熱固性環氧樹脂之製程進行改良,以縮短製程時間、使製程量產化、並產生液晶排列提升材料機械性質為目的。首先藉由自動控制理論開發快速加熱系統以縮短製程時間,並測試材料硬度證明材料性質不受製程時間縮短所影響,再針對液晶排列(Liquid Crystal Alignment)的條件設計液晶排列製程,使材料表面產生液晶排列以提高其硬度。最後對製程量產以及不同外型之需求設計液晶複合材料之連續成形製程。

The goal of this research focuses on the curing process of the epoxy resin systems. Modifying the curing process according to the result of the kinetic study, we are able to reduce the curing time without changing the mechanical property of the epoxy, produce epoxy product without interruption, and let the liquid crystal aligned. At first the automatic control theorem was used to develop the heating system, and the hardness of the epoxy was checked to attest the mechanical property was not changed. Then in accordance with the alignment of the liquid crystal, the liquid crystal alignment system was designed to align the melting epoxy surface to enhance the hardness of the epoxy. According to the requirement for mass production, the continuous curing process system was designed.
