風力發電葉片效能評估之網路平臺建置

摘要


風力發電為政府近來發展再生能源的重點項目之一,然而目前台灣風力發電的發展應屬起步的階段,對於風力發電機葉片的設計依然有相當多的發展空間,因此本研究希望開發一個可以快速評估風機葉片效能的網路整合平臺。本網路平臺評估葉片的方法是使用葉片元素動量理論(BEM, Blade element Momentum Theory)來計算葉片的發電功率,而且本平臺也利用網路X3D技術來呈現風力發電機的整體外型。對於想分析風力發電機葉片的使用者而言,本網路平臺可以提供風力發電機發電葉片的相關資料;對於想要設計風力發電機葉片的設計者而言,本網路平臺也可以當成相當有效率的開發工具。

Wind power is one of the government main projects in recent development of renewable energy. However, the design of the wind turbine blades is still in the initial stage in Taiwan. It still remains a lot of rooms to improve in this field. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a network integrated platform for a faster evaluation purpose. The network platform is based on BEM (Blade Element Momentum Theory) to calculate the power of the wind turbine. Moreover, the platform can present the wind turbine’s appearance through network X3D’s technology. The platform can provide the detail information in the wind turbine for those who intend to analyze wind turbine blades. It can be used as an efficient development tool for the other wind turbine blades’ designers as well.
