企業運用雲端科技服務商業模式之研究-以台灣資訊科技代工業A公司為例

雲端運算( Cloud Computing )是目前最熱門的科技議題，因為網際網路的快速普及，各種網路應用相繼崛起，網路的應用已經成為日常生活不可或缺的資源，越來越多電子商務在網路上的發展蓬勃興起，各種網路上的應用和網路上的功能需求就像我們使用水、電、瓦斯一樣的方便，我們使用水、電、瓦斯，可以按照我們的需求，隨時隨地的使用，用多少算多少，企業也可以不斷的投入資源建制IT設備和開發新的商業應用， IT (Information Technology ) 和ICT ( Information Communication Technology ) 科技的發展與運用，促使雲端運算的趨勢逐漸形成，消費者可以在任何時間、任何地點、透過雲端應用獲取所需資源，並且用多少算多少，就像日常生活使用水電瓦斯一樣方便。因為雲端運算的科技日驅成熟，雲端服務的概念也開始被廣泛接受，有越來越多雲端服務在網路上形成，並且為消費者所接受。雲端服務以商務應用為基礎，提供消費者或者使用者商業應用服務，並非以往IT的投資，消費者不需要投資昂貴的資訊設備，也不用在乎資訊科技的演進，就像我們使用電力一樣便利，不需要在乎電力是如何產生，不用在乎火力發電的科技演進，只有滿足消費者用合理的價位獲取電力的需求，這就是雲端服務的概念。本研究主題是 ”企業運用雲端科技服務商業模式之研究” 以台灣資訊科技代工業A公司為例，探討台灣資訊科技代工產業的創新與轉型，參考國內外相關文獻與課堂資料心得，提出台灣資訊科技代工產業可以如何利用雲端科技找到創新與轉型，並且以台灣資訊科技代工業A公司如何發展雲端科技擺脫傳統資訊科技代工產業低毛利的瓶頸。台灣資訊科技代工產業曾經創造台灣經濟奇蹟，隨著產業競爭日趨嚴重，台灣資訊科技代工產業所獲取的利潤越來越低，隨著雲端科技進步和雲端應用日趨成熟，台灣資訊科技代工產業如何順利搭上雲端科技服務的列車，成功轉型與創新再創下一個台灣奇蹟。

Cloud computing is most popular technology topic today. There are lots of internet applications in our life. Internet application is getting important and critical not only in daily life but also in business operation. At the same time, lots of internet applications are generated on internet business or e-business. It is easy to use like we use many utilities, including gas, water and electricity. And it is easy to access at anywhere, anytime, and for anyone. It is used on demand and by usage charge. You do not need to know how to perform these utilities operation. This concept is also applied to IT environment and operation. Most of enterprises continuously invest on IT equipments and build up more IT system to fulfill their business requirements. Besides, enterprises need build a MIS team to maintain enterprises IT operation and applications. Cloud computing technology can provide enterprises an alternative to keep an IT operation without maintain a traditional MIS team. The subject of this thesis is “The Research of Enterprise Utilizes Cloud Computing Technology Business Model – Case of Company A, a Taiwan IT OEM Company “. The IT OEM/ODM is one of Taiwan’s proud industries in past years. IT OEM/ODM industries are facing challenges of more and more strong competition. This strong competition makes enterprises significantly lose profit and market share. IT OEM/ODM industries need have an innovation and transformation to lead enterprises into a new generation. The critical fact is how IT OEM/ODM industries can increase their added value to clients and increase their market share with gaining profit. This thesis uses an example of Company A, an IT OEM/ODM company in Taiwan, and demonstrates how Company A consolidates related resources from enterprise group and utilizes cloud computing technology business model to perform transformation. This Company A integrates all resources and provides an end-to-end technology solution to clients. Since Company A is one of very famous OEM/ODM for most popular IT and ICT products, including Desk Top, Notebook, smart TV, smart Mobile, server, storage, network switch, network product, SW development, client applications, after-sales services, green recycle and cloud computing technology . Company A has an excellent value proposition to provide an end-to-end solution to clients based on clients’ requirements. Especially, Company A can provide a customization to client for special requirements and support clients to enhance core competency. This cloud computing technology business model is not only limited to IT OEM industry but also can be applied to new internet business. Based on this business model with critical successful factors, enterprise can apply core business into internet and transfer into an internet business.
