台北市南港地區土地利用之適切性評估

摘要

由於台北市南港區，有中央研究院，科學園區，以及大型社區之進駐，加上人口的快速轉入，山坡地開發勢在必行，而山坡地開發的總量管制，也必須然的造成壓力。因此土地利用適切性的評估，有其迫切性。
本論文參考過去的研究結果，進行本地區的分析研究，首先在分析研究的必要條件，如適切性調查方格網的設定上，利用地形生長曲線的描繪，檢討過去研究結果的得失，確定方格網的大小。在就土地利用現況與土地條件，所謂U/L Ratio的評比，提供更精確的數據，作為主事者今後樹立山坡地開發上總量管制的依據。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the suitability of land use in Nan-Gang. Owing to growing density of population in Nan-Gang, the evaluation of suitability of land use is more important. By using the analytic result of geomorphological growth curve divides the research region into unit cells and appraises in U/L ratio to investigate the suitability of land use in Nan-Gang. U/L ratio takes slope, rock characteristic, vegetation and land use type into consideration.
The results are as follows:
1. There are 71.33% region of U/L ratio value under 1. It shows its land-use type is suitable. And the other region are not suitability of there land use.
2. According to the analytic result, 12.2% region in Nan-Gang is fit for urbanization. And 32.04% region is fit for agricultural production.
3. There are left only 3.07% region could be developed to urban area. But, they distribute dispersedly.
