摘要


本篇論文主要描述國立台灣大學醫學院附設醫院如何在服務導向架構的中介軟體架構下,開發新一代新生兒篩檢資訊系統。此中介軟體架構採用了健康資訊交換第七層協定和網路服務來整合異質系統並提供各級新生兒篩檢醫院交換醫療資訊。此系統同時加入了統計方法,用來提升篩檢準確性和有效的品質控制。

The aim of this thesis is to discuss how National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) develops the next generation newborn screening information system based on the middleware framework of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). This middleware framework applies the HL7 standard and Web Service to integrate heterogeneous systems and provide newborn screening hospitals with the exchange of medical information. The system also applies a new method to compile statistics, improving in screening accuracy and effective quality control.
