本篇論文提出一在電力標準下,對分散式電源作主動式孤島偵測的方法。文中所提的方法為經由電壓源型換流器(voltage-sourced converter,VSC)的電流控制器注入一干擾訊號,並且偵測此干擾訊號在責任分界點(point of common coupling,PCC)所造成的電壓或頻率之變動;當干擾訊號經由d-axis controller 注入系統,會引起PCC點電壓振幅的變動,反之,若干擾訊號經由q-axis controller 注入系統,則是造成PCC上頻率的偏移。而我們則是藉由變動的存在與否來判斷電力系統是否發生故障、孤島是否發生。 本研究以MATLAB/Simulink套裝軟體作系統平台之模擬,以驗證所提之孤島偵測方式之可行性。經由模擬結果證實,本文所提之主動式孤島偵測方式確實可行。
This thesis presents an active islanding detection method for distributed resource units at the distribution voltage level. The proposed method is based on injecting a disturbance signal into the system through either the direct axis (d-axis) or the quadrature axis (q-axis) current controllers of the voltage-sourced converter. The signal injection through the d-axis controller modulates the amplitude of the voltage at the point of common coupling (PCC), whereas signal injection through the q-axis controller causes a frequency deviation at PCC. To verify the feasibility of the proposed method for islanding detection, the method has been implemented in the MATLAB/Simulink platforms. The studies show that the proposed active islanding detection method is successful in detecting the islanding phenomenon.
