模矩式設計與營建工程之研究探討 -以偏遠外離島工程為例-

摘要


台灣屬多山多離島之海島地區,在經濟、觀光及軍事發展之今日,有需多偏遠山區、偏遠之外離島將進行新闢開發及新建整治,然相關開發新建之作業因地屬偏遠、氣候不佳、物資運送困難、缺供缺料、水電銜接困難等因素,造成整體開發時程冗長並且整體新建成本高昂。 然而現今之預鑄工法雖以日漸成熟,但對於整體工程之整合尚無標準作業,故在設計過程中經常會抉擇於所選擇的模矩及對應的工區,使得在整體造型、構成結構乃至於生產方式,往往遷就於預鑄尺寸而非最佳之方案,被既有的加工方式限制。 因此本研究主要以結合不同尺寸之模矩及預鑄化工法,探討如何於設計階段規劃出對於此類型偏遠工程於經費成本及工期上綜合評估之最佳方案,並於不同情況之外在因素干擾下如何調整相關工進安排,以科學化。 配合國軍兵力部署調整及前瞻國軍「募兵制」政策,陸軍外離島於澎湖、金門、馬祖等地陸續興建現代新式建築物,結合國軍設施標準化作業,使營區各項設施切合官兵實需,秉機能完整、安全實用、健康舒適、維護經濟、節能環保。 基於未來國軍及台灣各地仍有眾多相關類型工程,藉由本研究可提升整體預鑄工程之可行性。

Therefore, this research mainly combines different sizes of mold moments and chemical methods to explore how to plan the best plan for this type of remote project in terms of cost and construction period comprehensive evaluation in the design stage, and external factors in different situations How to adjust the relevant work arrangement under interference to make it scientific. In line with the deployment and adjustment of the national army’s forces and the forward-looking policy of the national army’s "recruitment system", the outlying islands of the army have successively constructed modern new buildings in Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu and other places, combined with the standardized operation of the national army’s facilities, so that the various facilities in the barracks meet the actual needs of officers and soldiers. With complete functions, safety and practicality, health and comfort, maintenance economy, energy saving and environmental protection. Based on the fact that there are still many related types of projects in the future of the National Army and Taiwan, this research can improve the feasibility of the overall project.
