摘要

行動電視的產業目前的發展尚處於初期的萌芽階段，行動電視的相關技術及營運模式仍有待持續地嘗試、摸索與改進。全世界大部份的國家與地區的行動電視，也大多仍處於試播的階段，只有少數國家與地區開始進入到向消費者收費的商業試行營運服務。行動電視產業的未來最終發展將會利用何種的通訊技術、何種的營運平台及何種營運模式，目前仍混沌不明。
本研究乃針對行動電視產業未來發展的相關議題，如行動電視的產業價值鏈、行動電視的系統技術與標準、行動電視目前的困境與問題及行動電視的營運模式等，進行分析與探討。其中特別針對各種行動電視系統技術與標準進行更深入的分析，並比較其優劣。另外也根據相關的理論，來檢視及比較各種可能的行動電視營運模式，最後推導出較具有競爭優勢的行動電視營運模式。而此具競爭優勢的營運模式，在未來將較有可能為企業帶來較高的獲利與持續的成長。

Mobile TV is a new industry and just at embryonic stage now. The related technologies and business models are not clear and shall be further tried, explored and improved in the future. Mobile TV is just at trial run stage in most countries and areas and only a few countries and areas have been entering commercial stage now. Which technology will be used for delivering mobile TV program? Which platform or business model will be used to provide mobile TV service? It has no clear answer about these questions.
This study will explore and analyze the related topics about the future of mobile TV industry. These topics include the value chain of mobile TV industry, the system technology and standard of mobile TV, the difficulty and problem of the current mobile TV industry and the business model of mobile TV industry. It will more deeply explore, analyze and compare the related system technologies and standards for mobile TV service in this study. It will also check and compare the possible mobile TV business models per the related theories and then derive the more competitive business models. These competitive business models may allow company to get more profit and growth in the future.
