工業合理用水及節水之研究

摘要


台灣地區因地形態勢水資源分佈不均衡,使得水量在供給面上顯得不足,又工業用水耗用水量大,先天不足後天又不夠用的狀況下,有限水資源並不能永無止境的使用下去,享受權利的同時是否該思考著我們該盡的義務在哪裡? 因此,本研究將討論工業合理化用水原則來作分析,除了需用的水資源節約使用外,還需水資源的開源,如廣義的使用回收再生水或狹義的替代水源、水庫等,並透過工廠輔導以達成合理運用水資源的永續理念。 本研究內容包括工業用水水質標準彙整,前項因國內尚無明確的回收水水質標準,須研析討論國內外現有水質標準;又國外節水技術較為進步,可效法國外已運用成熟的節約用水相關回收再利用技術來輔導工廠,並舉案例分析,探討工業節水指標的影響因子,及目前推動工業節水的困境討論。

The study is to find and integrate the factors of industrial water usage, and to establish the Index of Saving Industrial Water, in which based on principle of rational utilized industrial water. The feasibility study and analysis for Index of Saving Industrial Water are preformed so that deviation between estimated and real records is obtained for future modification. The foreign regulation or standards of reused water for specified industrial categories are gathered, integrated and classified. The integral industrial and reused water qualities are present for reference of future native standard. The study includes the assessment through advanced wastewater reuse technologies used to the indicated factory, as well. Where assessment items contains reuse water qualities, estimated index, records of main process water usage, findings of saving water mechanism and proposed index. These above could be important reference for future developing and conducting saving industrial water programs.
