以隨筆速寫為輸入的動畫產生系統

SketchAnimation: A Presentive Animation System Based on Sketched Input

摘要


電腦動畫目前已成功廣泛的應用於各領域,但多數的高品質動畫背後都需要大量的製作過程,且包含相當程度的人力去做調整。但許多時候我們要的只是用來討論、表達意見的「示意」形工具,像在做簡報時為了說明想法用的簡單動畫。它們可能不用相當精細,但要能讓人快速上手,且製作時程短。 可惜的是,這類的應用目前屬於少數。大多製作動畫的工具都需要完整的教學與經驗,而對於示意形的動畫則是極少。某些套裝軟體內附的工具有時會提供簡單的功能,但對於一些最基本的應用如立體旋轉則仍無提供。 在此論文中我們提出了一個以直接做畫的方式產生動畫的系統,讓使用者可以在最少的學習先備知識下做出示意形的簡易動畫效果。

The power of Computer Graphics and Animation is extending rapidly. It is more common than ever to see animation applied in every domain. However, behind these high quality amazing results were lots of prerequisite knowledge, training, and manual labor. Even though sometimes we just need simple animation abilities to deliver a message or to present an idea, we still have to go through all hard works to have the small animation ready. Therefore, a tool for creating presentive animation should be developed to ll the requirement of fast prototyping without long time learning. We proposed a system with a simple user interface to easily create 2D or 3D animation with human natural sketches.
