曳引機之振動分析

摘要


摘 要 研究曳引機振動問題的主要目的,是為了瞭解曳引機的振動特性,掌握曳引機振動與人體振動的共振頻率分佈範圍,避免振動對人體造成損害。因此,在研究曳引機振動之前,有必要對人體各部器官的頻率特性有所瞭解。從相關研究結果顯示:內臟器官的固有頻率為3 Hz∼6 Hz;當振動頻率為4 Hz∼8 Hz時,人的全身會處於垂直方向振動的共振狀態;頭肩系統的共振頻率為20 Hz∼30 Hz;眼球的共振頻率為60 Hz∼80 Hz。立姿前後水平振動在1 Hz以下時,振動傳遞率隨頻率的增加而直線下降,超過1 Hz之後基本上為定值,沒有共振點。 在振動分析研究時,本研究以某型輪式農用曳引機為例,研究了曳引機系統振動力學模擬問題。在確定輪式曳引機的座標系統後,第一部分以四分之一單自由度的機體模型進行振動分析;第二部分以二分之一雙自由度的機體模型進行分析,第三部分進入了8個自由度的整部曳引機機體模型的分析工作;最後分析了10個自由度的輪式曳引機附掛板犁機組的振動模型。分別建立了各自由度振動系統的數學模型,該數學模型和建立模型方法為農用曳引機的系統設計和振動力學分析提供了一參考途徑。 關鍵詞:曳引機振動;共振頻率

Abstract The study of tractor vibration was aim to enhance the understanding of vibration features of tractor and the resonant frequency of human body to protect tractor operators from adverse effects of vibrations on the human body. To achieve the objective of the study, first we have to understand each organ’ s natural frequency and resonance frequency. Studies show that each organ has its own natural frequency in the range of 3Hz~6 Hz; Vertical vibrations between 4Hz to 8 Hz generate resonance in the whole body; vibrations between 20 Hz to 30 Hz will cause resonance between the head and shoulders; and vibrations in the range of 60Hz to 80 Hz will set up resonance between eyes. In addition, the vibration transmissibility is varied from directions. The horizontal vibration on a standing person, the vibration transmissibility has plummeted with the increase of frequency. While, horizontal vibrations on a seated person, the vibration transmissibility have decreased with the increase of frequency. To investigate the vibration analysis on an agricultural wheeled tractor, the simulation of mathematical models and mechanical models are constructed. The study of vibration analysis is divided into four parts. First, the vibration on one fourth of single-degree of freedom of mechanical model is analyzed. Second, the vibration on an half of double-degree of freedom of mechanical model is discussed. Third, the vibration on eight degree of freedom of a tractor model is studied. Finally, the vibration on ten degree of freedom of a tractor with a built in moldboard plow model is analyzed. Each mathematical and mechanical model provides guideline to tractor designers and vibration analysis researchers. Keyword: Tractor vibration; resonance frequency
