There are two parts in this thesis. The first part is the design of differential bandpass filters with two transmission zeros for WLAN. The differential structure can reduce the discrete components, such as baluns, of the front end module. It can also improve the poor ground and suppress the common-mode interference. Besides, two zeros can increase the rejection of the stopband. The second part is the design of an antenna switch module for tri-band GSM handset. This module consumes no DC power in receiving mode, so it is especially suitable for handset application. Two circuits are implemented by LTCC process which is chosen for low loss and multi-layer structure. It will give better insertion loss and more freedom in differential device design.
