肇始於70年代末期時石油危機及工業發展對環境造成重大衝擊,世界各國紛紛投入低污染替代能源之開發,且在全球因應氣候變遷與保護環境的呼聲中,風力發電成為值得發展的再生能源重要選項之一,而隨著開發成本下降,未來有可與一般傳統能源在電力市場中競爭。為檢視台灣地區風力發電之潛力,本研究提出一套分析程序並結合適用之公式,設計出一套評估系統,用以計算台灣地區之風場總發電量並就風力發電為經濟評估。使用者依個案需要,選擇風場位置及相關參數,即可透過此系統計算出所需結果,亦可將風場特性之資料,作為評估設置風力發電機之策略參考,有效降低開發風險。 此系統係使用PHP語言設計應用程式,並將MySQL運作使用在後端資料庫,設計出web-based 的風力發電評估系統。
Owing to the oil crisis in the late 70s and the massive environmental impact caused by highly industrialized manufactory, countries over the world vigorously get involved in the quest of finding brand new clean energy sources and all the world are responding to promote the protection of environment because of global climate changes, and building wind power generation is one of the selection to reproduce energy. The development of wind power cost is lower and lower. Wind power will compete with traditional energy in producing electricity. In order to evaluate the potential of wind power in Taiwan, the study provides a procedure to estimate the place where how much electricity it could produce and investigated the wind power through evaluation of economics. Using the system to evaluate the result, the user need to select a place and input some variable. The result will provide some strategy to decrease the risk of developing wind power. The thesis develops the web-based system of evaluate wind power using PHP to develop the application and using MySQL in Database System.
