摘要


由於網際網路的普及盛行,很多產業都可使用Web-based應用平台,即可實現方便的資訊輸入處理。目前在瀏覽器上有Auto-Complete 和 Auto-Filling 機制能幫助自動在表單上填入內容,並已應用在web-based程式界面之中,雖然可以減少人工輸入工作,但限制於已輸入過的文字再次預測使用。 在正式商業的填表應用資料,所要求填入資訊必須即時且精確吻合,目前沒有整合方案可以完善地在商務自動化使用,現今仍然需要人工收集而後逐字輸入。為此我們克服諸多挑戰,實現完整的自動化填表系統來滿足工作需要。 為了要達成目標,首先提出一個全功能的擷取程序,可將所需填表的來源資料,從已存在企業裡的異質結構文件中,完成預先定義提取規則。隨後即與要填入目標網頁之匹配策略合併為一個操作介面方法,方便讓使用者監管各匹配過程階段,以利參與操作互動介面達到完全匹配吻合。在下一步,我們安排內嵌在瀏覽器中啟動自動填表功能,經由提取轉換,即時或定時地將最新的來源資料自動填入到頁面的所有欄位中,並不再需要人工鍵入與交付處理。 此外我們所實現的系統,以新的外接模組和獨立處理方法達成商業自動化,企業的舊系統並不必要做任何程序調整,組織間人力也無須配合變革。達成無人化管理流程幫助在實務使用,取代單調的填表工作。經投入測試驗證下,這套整合性代理器模型不僅快速、精確無誤地輸入,更可完全節省寶貴人力時間。

With the growth of the Internet, many companies have been using Web-based interfaces as office processing for data exchange and manufacturing controller. The traditional way to fill in web forms takes a long processing time. Hence, both Auto-Complete and Auto-Filling are Web browser plug-ins features to help automatically fill in forms, with which can predict the word being typed based on those contents already typed. Using these features reduce the number of keystrokes. However, the state-of-the-art techniques in automated filling Web forms are accompanied with operating limitations on matching approaches by their prediction data that are not completely accurate information. According to typical office transaction, all of the filling information must be up-to-date and exact match. At present, the business data generally are input by manual operation that there is not an automatic solution to assist appropriated procedures in industry and business environment. Regrettably, the Web-based Forms cannot be automatic to fill in precisely. In order to carry out automation for office operations, our work presents an innovative system to resolve the above critical challenges. The achievements of this work are to propose a novel framework of collection of heterogeneous data sources that composite performing extracting among high structured data, semi-structured data and un-structured data to gather around for the required information of importing forms. In addition, it formulates a mapping approach that consolidated several schema matching strategies into one combined matching approach for measure match elements. It also provides a user interface (UI) for building mapping relationships that can clearly supervises every stages of the matching processing and conveniently makes of 100% exact schema match with interactive operation. Moreover, it improves the filling ability to provide an embedded interface on browser by which can automatically fill up-to-date contents in an entire Web page then exactly submit form at any scheduled time with a timer control mechanism. Besides the above efforts, our work addresses a new bridge way to enhance processing workflow in office automation for traditional legacy systems. It is a high-level independence processing at management perspective, even organizational manpower and the legacy systems also does not have to be suffering follow-up with any changes. The processing workflow is improving comprehensive unmanned ability in the office automation system. Thus, the monotonous filling tasks have to be replaced. Our experimental evaluation shows this work has fast and exact ability to fulfill the feasibility of web-based filling automation, it also can saves up 100% of manpower.
