在尋找誘發IL-4表現之相關分子的研究上，小鼠EL4 T 細胞瘤在本研究中發現是一個很好的研究工具。針對EL4 T 細胞瘤的研究發現當細胞瘤經由TCR活化後細胞瘤本身會有IL-4表現，然而該表現能力會隨體外培養時間增長而降低。但是若將細胞瘤重新注入小鼠腹腔中，之後取出細胞瘤並在
