以多重抗藥微生物即時自動監測系統為基礎的多重抗藥微生物群聚的偵測

有越來越多的人感染多重抗藥微生物。感染多重抗藥微生物的病人會有較高的死亡率、較長的治療時間和較高的醫療成本。因此，醫院內的感染控制人員有責任去發現和追蹤感染多重抗藥微生物的病人，並去阻止多重抗藥微生物在醫院內的傳播。目前醫院內多重抗藥微生物的監測仰賴人工作業。但是人工監測可能會因為不同的人和經驗有不同的監測品質或人為上的疏失。我們已經開發出多重抗藥微生物即時自動監測系統。這個系統可以進行24小時的即時監測動作，減少人工作業上的疏失，提升院內多重抗藥微生物監測品質，進而增進病人的安全。

Rates of infections with multiple drug-resistant organisms (MDROs) continue to rise. Patients with MDROs infections suffer increased morbidity and mortality, longer lengths of stay and greater healthcare costs. Thus, a hospital’s infection control team is responsible for identifying and tracking the infections with multiple drug-resistant organisms and stopping its spread. Current surveillance of drug-resistant infections in hospital relies on the infection control expert’s experience and sensitivity. Human performance varies by experience and is error prone. We have developed a web-based hospital-wide MDRO surveillance system. This system can facilitate entire medical staff for their operations in the hospital, and improve patient safety as well as the quality of medical cares.
