發展管線預組工法是營建施工技術之改進研究,對於提升台灣營建產業之技術,促動週邊產業之發展,開發多元化營建市場,至為重要。本研究目的為經由比較預組工法與傳統工法之施作案例實務,了解兩者之優缺點及可改進之處,進而檢討預組工法之發展現況及提出推廣建議。 本研究透過文獻分析蒐集國內外預組(鑄)工法之評估方式及因素,從而確立預組工法與傳統工法之比較評估,進而區分為實行工法所產生的有形效益以及無形效益。有形效益之構面為成本、品質、工期、彈性、安衛,無形效益之構面為信賴度、創造性、節省人力、分包條件、資訊掌控、教育。研究方法採用現場施作案例比較分析方法,以分析傳統及預組工法之有形效益;輔以專家訪談針對無形效益之評估,包括兩種工法之前端條件及重點之比較,及推廣適用等相關課題。 研究發現傳統工法工期前置作業時間短,如由有經驗的工人施作,無須投入外部教育成本;施作廠商門檻較低;但缺點為現場焊接成本過高、廢棄物較多、安全衛生維護不易、品質穩定度低、施工空間壅塞、與其他工種及介面銜接不易、不容易結合創造性工法發展等。而預組工法之前期規劃雖需投入較長前置作業時間,需要設定精準的介面資訊,增加額外的管理能量,但可提高工率且技術工可分工作業,同步進行工程減少等待時間;技術水準容易掌握;施作空間充足容易作業;可掌握物料資源規劃中設計、測試、生產、組裝資訊。 研究建議預組工法之發展方向應結合3D電腦繪圖資訊格式、建築資訊生命週期理念、專家資料庫及排程軟體整合、物料資源規劃及採購理念,區分為:1.預組工法之規劃圖面的正確性、精準度及協調性改進建議;2.預組工法之施工程序及介面整合改進建議;3.預組工法之工程期程及採購資訊掌控改進建議。
The Pipeline-prefabrication which improves the performance of Taiwan building industry, drives the technology improvement of peripheral industries, and develops a new construction market, is an important technical research. The objects of this research are to compare the Pipeline-prefabrication and traditional operations, to analyze their merits and setbacks, and to suggest the future development for the prefabrication operation for pipeline setting. This research analyzes the evaluation method and comparison factors for the Pipeline-prefabrication and traditional operations through the literature review. The tangible benefit and invisible benefit for the operating result are evaluated through some factors, the former benefit consist of cost, quality, schedule, flexibility, and safety, while the later benefit consist of reliability, creativity, labor saving, bid conditions, information management, education. The case study method is applied for investigating the tangible benefit and the expert interview method are used for evaluating the invisible benefit. Discover the traditional operation is good in shortly leading activity-duration, less extra educational cost by experienced worker; relatively low construction threshold; yet the shortcoming, highly weld cost, wastes, maintains difficultly, unsteady quality, jammed constructing space, difficult interface, less creative development. The Pipeline-prefabrication operation which needs to invest the longer leading activity -duration in earlier stage, to set up the perfect interface information, to exhaust extra management, while the prefabrication operation can also promote worker rate and staff work concurrently to reduce waiting time; the engineering level is easy to master; sufficient workspace; and easily grasp the supplies resource and planning for design, and production. The re-developing of the Pipeline-prefabrication operation is proposed as combining the information format of 3D computer drawing, building information lifespan idea, expert database and arrange scheduling software, supplies resource plan and purchasing. Suggestions are listed as:1. to set exactness, accuracy, harmony improvement for the planning of prefabrication operation; 2. to organize operational procedure and interface; 3.to arrange scheduling and purchasing information.
