本研究旨在探討台南企業從業人員教育訓練需求內涵以及對教育訓練之認知,並根據研究發現結果,試圖為台南企業從業人員規劃教育訓練之課程安排。本研究採用三層分析理論探討台南企業從業人員之教育訓練需求,藉由深入訪談以及問卷調查等方法達成研究目的,問卷所得資料以敘述性統計進行分析。根據研究結果,本研究歸納之主要結論如下: 一.人員普遍對公司辦理教育訓練抱持支持的態度,且認為教育訓練應結合之制度,以配合自我成長與生涯發展為最佳。 二.對於被公司指派參與教育訓練之看法,超過半數以上之員工認為可提升自我之工作能力與效率。 三.對於主動參與教育訓練之動機,以補充專業知識之不足以及提升工作能力與效率為主。 四.不同部門人員對於教育訓練之首要需求項目不同,但不同部門人員對於「瞭解客戶」項目皆有極高的需求。 五.不同職級人員對於教育訓練之首要需求項目不同,但不同職級人員對「情緒管理能力」項目皆有著極高的需求。 關鍵詞:成衣業、教育訓練、教育訓練需求。
The purpose of this study was to explore the training needs of the employees of Tainan Enterprises and their viewpoints about training development. In addition, the findings were served to propose suggestions about course arrangement of training programs. This study investigated the training needs by three-fold approach, and utilized case interview and questionnaire surveys to collect data. The quantitative data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic methods. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1.Employees generally showed willingness toward training and considered that training should be companied with their future development and career plans. 2.Over half of employees considered that taking part in the training programs can improve working abilities and effectiveness. 3.The major motivation of participating in training programs was to improve professional skills and enhance working abilities and efficiency. 4.Employees of different departments had different first training needs, but they all showed strong need toward” Understanding Customers”. 5.Employees of different strata had different first training needs, but they all showed strong need toward” EQ”.
