利用壓電致動器成型液滴之量測誤差研究

摘要


本文主要探討於影像量測動態液滴之誤差影響因素。利用一套自行設計之液滴觀測系統,經由壓電式液滴產生器產生出液滴,由影像擷取系統結合閃頻法拍攝液滴產生之時序情況,經影像處理後取得所要的液滴邊緣資訊後由體積積分程式計算出液滴體積。並收集液滴累積重量以換算其平均體積,兩者再相互比較以探討液滴量測之誤差情況。藉由不同口徑之噴嘴所產生之不同大小液滴,分析液滴尺寸於量測誤差之趨勢概況,以期能為日後液滴量測帶來幫助。

This text is mainly to discuss the factor of deviation in the measurement surveying the dynamic droplet. Estimate the volume of the droplet from the piezoelectric droplet generator by using the program which can integrate boundaries of the droplet. Set up a droplet-observation system to make images of the sequence of drop formation and derive data from designed software. This work will analysis the droplet and output the boundaries parameters for the integration program. Discuss the deviation by comparing the estimated volume with the average volume of collected droplets. The different droplet sizes in different deviation measurements are also discussed here. And we expect that this research could bring us advantage for estimating droplets in the future.
