基於監控技術開發之遠距影音會診系統建置與應用

摘要


在現今的醫療環境中,民眾就醫必須遵循一定的流程,即使在網路掛號普及的醫療系統下,仍需耗費許了須多的時間,對於許多需要長期接受生理檢查與照護的病患,更是一大負擔。為了能夠使病患能夠更即時、更有效率的接受照護,我們希望能夠透過視訊會議的概念,在不影響醫療品質下,實做出能夠實際運用的系統。 考量目前市面上視訊會議無法滿足一般醫療所需,我們特地引入數位監控的技術,開發出一套專為醫療視訊會診用的溝通平台,其中包含基本的即時影音傳輸、攝影機控制、異地儲存的即時會診錄影等。經過醫院實際的使用後,我們更針對攝影機的控制進行修改,做出更直覺化的控制;在網路架構上,引入影音分流機制,解決多人視訊會議下頻寬的需求限制;在溝通平台上,除了原有的影音視訊外,加上多人同步電子白板功能,提供更友善的溝通平台。

In current stage, people must follow certain procedure while seeking medical advice. Although the registration services are now getting popular in the cyberspace, it still consume a lot of time for the patients to get the medical advices. This is born greatly for the patients who need the long term medical services. To provide more immediate and more efficient care services to the patients, this study aim for designing and implementing a practical video-based telecare system which immediately and faithfully exchange the video/audio information between the patients and the medical services providers. Since the video conference systems in the market do not satisfy the needs for common medical services, this study enhances the video surveillance services proposed by the Dynamas Technology to provide a communication platform for the common medical services. The video surveillance system of the Dynamas Technology has provided several fundamental functions for the medical consultations such as the realtime audio/video communication services, basic pan-tilt-zoom camera control functions and distributed data maintenances services. According to the comments from the domain experts, this study improves the Dynamas Technology’s solution as follow. First, the pan-tile-zoom camera control functions are further improved by providing more concrete control functions. Second, the proposed system introduces the broadcaster in the network to loosen the bandwidth restriction for multi-users video conference services. Besides, a video/audio auto-scheduling mechanism is proposed to ensure the conference quality in congested network scenario. Third, in addition to video and audio services, an electronic white board service is introduced to make the proposed system platform friendlier.
