本研究是使用故障樹分析方法針對離岸風場建設的風險進行評估研究,首先蒐集有關離岸風場建設與營運的相關資料,利用蒐集到的資料進行分析,找出離岸風場在規劃階段、施工階段以及運作階段可能發生的問題因子,再利用事件樹分析法建立各階段的事件樹圖,藉由事件樹建立相關故障樹圖,並利用Isograph software 的可靠度操作平台(Reliability Workbench)軟體建立各階段的事件樹圖以及故障樹圖。 本研究也將Isograph software 的可靠度操作平台(Reliability Workbench)軟體建立各階段的事件樹圖將之儲存成MySQL資料庫,同時建立一查詢系統,將各個事件樹圖擁有相同故障事件結果的擷取出來,自動產生其故障樹圖。
The risk assessment of the construction of offshore wind farm is studied by using the fault tree analysis method in this research. The first step is to collect information on offshore wind farm construction and the relevant information of operation. The data collected was used to identify the key factor and problem of the offshore wind farm in the planning phase, construction phase and the operational phase. Then the event tree method was used to establish the event tree diagram at various stages. The fault tree diagram can be established by the corresponding event trees. And the Reliability Workbench software from Isograph software was used to create the event tree and fault tree diagrams at various stages. The diagrams of the event tree built by the Workbench software from Isograph software are stored as a MySQL database. A searching program was developed to build a fault tree automatically by searching the diagrams of the event tree stored in the MySQL database.
