LLC諧振轉換器設計步驟

Design Procedure for LLC Resonant Convertee

摘要


LLC 諧振功率轉換器於各種電源供應器的設計上越來越多樣化。此轉換器架構的特點在於具有高效率和低EMI,且設計上可利用變壓器來整合。 本論文針對電壓增益對標準化頻率的圖分析不同操作區域。分析結果允許設計者在設計時選擇適當的操作區域。間隔時間的分析結果則提供合適的資訊給與設計。 最後一步步的由設計程序將變壓器圈數比、諧振電感、激磁電感及諧振電容之值求出。藉此設計步驟,完成初步的實驗。此實驗則驗證先前分析結果。

A LLC resonant power converter has found increasing applications in the field of power supplies. It feature high efficiency, low EMI and can be designed with compact transformer. In this thesis, analyses were conducted for the circuit operations for different region of voltage-gain vs normalize frequency plot. The analysis results allow designer to choose suitable region of operation in their design. Dead time analysis result provides information about suitable deadtime for the design. A step-by-step design procedure for choice of transformer turn-ratio, resonant-inductance, magnetize-inductance, and resonant-capacitance were proposed. An experimental prototype was build based on the design from the proposed procedure. Analytical results were verified by the experiments.
